RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At qualityx.shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the clothes and shoes you purchased, we provide a clear return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.

  1. Return application
    Application time limit: You have 14 days to apply for a return from the date you received the goods.
    Application method: Please log in to your account, go to the “Order History” page, select the item you need to return, and fill out the return application form.
  2. Product status
    Return conditions: Returned items must be kept in unused condition, with original tags, packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns of used, washed or damaged items.
    Screening: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Only eligible items will be refunded.
  3. Refund processing
    Refund method: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method, and the processing time is usually 2 working days. Please note that bank processing time may vary.
    Shipping Policy: If the return is due to product quality issues (for example, defects or wrong shipments), we will cover the relevant shipping costs. For all other returns, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  4. Return Process
    Packaging Items: Please place the returned items in the original packaging to ensure that the items are not damaged during transportation.

Attach a Return Label: Please include a completed return request form in the package. If you do not receive a return label, please contact customer service for assistance.
